Lemon-Lime Flamingo Fruit Fight

So, what did happen after two flamingos walked into a bar? A take on a modern Gose, Lemon Lime Flamingo Fruit Fight is kettle soured with Lactobacillus brewed with traditional (coriander, salt and wheat malt) and non-traditional (lemon and lime zest) ingredients. The addition of fruit compliments the spiciness and tartness.

Lemon-Lime Flamingo Fruit Fight was originally released as a General Store Exclusive (#GSExclusive).

Tasting Notes:

Why don't we list IBUs?

There is a difference between absolute bitterness and perceived bitterness. IBUs are useful for homebrewers for the purpose of clone recipes, but it doesn’t always tell the whole story. Expedition Stout is a good example. It has more IBUs than more traditional hoppy beers like Two Hearted and Hopslam.
