Grupo Aldaco  from Lansing, MI, originated in the early 1960's by founder Juve Aldaco. In the early years the group was known as Los Rayos Del Norte, a group which consisted of the traditional three line button Accordion, Bajo Sexto (12 string guitar), Bass and Drums, producing a style of music known as "Conjunto". As the mid/late 70's came, Juves three sons, Ernesto, Juve Jr and Daniel would eventually join the group and change the style of music to "Tejano", a blend of Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Rhythm/Blues and pop along with the traditional Mexican style.

Grupo Viento is a Tejano band based ouf of Grand Rapids composed of two brothers, Roy Valdez Sr. (vocals) and Ray Valdez Sr. (drums). They are joined by longtime member Leo Mendoza III on guitar and bass. Grupo Viento is in their 35th year and they have been blessed to share the stage with some of the best in the Tejano music industry throughout the Midwest and Texas. Thank you to all and especially the good Lord, we will see you on the dance floor.
