welcome course 

  • Toasted organic granola crunch with dried cherries and our housemade granola bar bites paired with Oatsmobile Ale.

salad course 

  • Farm fresh seasonal apples, green and purple cabbage slaw, citrus and honey balsamic vinaigrette, topped with candied lemon zests and rondin goat cheese paired with Oarsman Ale .

fish course 

  • Iron skillet seared halibut filet, coconut jasmine rice, grilled pineapple and mango salsa paired with Roundhouse India Red Ale. 

beef course 

  • Best Best Brown Ale, miso and spice braised chuck flat, stuffed pumpkin, shiso leaf paired with Best Brown Ale 


  • Almond cream, blackberry compote, dark chocolate coffee mousse, chocolate glaze with blackberry coulis and candied almonds on an almond flour cookie paired with Traverse City Whiskey Barrel-aged Expedition Stout
