Bell's and Casa Bolero are teaming up together for an unusual twist on a beer dinner - 6 courses of Latin Caribbean inspired food paired with beer and tequila! Dinner will be served promptly at 6 p.m., but doors open at 5 for a happy hour with specially prepared amuse bouches. ON THE MENU - First course: Table-side Guacamole and salsa borracha paired with a margarita taster; Second course: Midwestern Pale Ale Mac & Cheese paired with Midwestern Pale Ale; Third course: Smokey stout BBQ short ribs with a Patron XO sauce paired with Kalamazoo Stout; Fourth course: Caribbean pumpkin bisque with Amber Ale bread crostini paired with Two Hearted; Fifth course: Camarones Bolero (tequila de-glazed shrimp)paired with Tres Generaciones anejo tequila; Sixth course: Bananas foster chocolate layer cheesecake paired with Patron XO Cafe Dark Cocoa.
