Midwestern Pale Ale and Amber Ale will be the featured beers for Central City Tap House's special menu this week. Entree selections include Eggplant Parmesan (breaded and fried eggplant, mozzarella, tomato sauce and basil over herbed pappardelle pasta) and Beef Shoulder Tender (grilled and served with mashed potatoes, braised kale and red wine demi-glace). Desert is your choice of a Flourless Chocolate Cake with raspberry sauce or Seasonal Creme Brulee.
