We're putting an exciting and nontraditional twist on your typical dinner by adding another pairing dimension - tequila! ON THE MENU - 1st Course: "Casa Guacamole Balls" - Panko breaded fresh guacamole balls, deep-fried and finished with spicy salsa boracha, pico de gallo and fresh lime over fresh Mattawan greens and edible orchids paired with Midwestern Pale Ale; 2nd Course: "Jerked Kobe Beef Sliders" deglazed and finished in Two Hearted Ale, on toasted brioche with Battle Creek blueberry cheese and apple slaw paired with Two Hearted Ale; 3rd Course: "Virgin Island's Conch Fritters" Third Coast Beer battered conch, deep-fried in beef tallo and soybean oil until crispy, served with smoked chipotle aioli dipping sauce paired with Third Coast Beer; 4th Course: "Trinidad Style" Mini Blackened Pork Osso Bucco over Sweet Potato Hash, Amber Ale Bbq sauce and tropical salsa paired with Amber Ale; 5th Course: "Sweet Spring" Orange Tartlett filled with vanilla bean pastry cream, covered with fresh tangerines and clementines topped with Orange Agavero Tequila/Oberon beer reduction, and marmalade compote paired with Oberon and Agavero Orange Tequila Snifter.
