A long time favorite, the Eccentric Grilled Cheese, aka ECGC, has become a staple of the Eccentric Café. This ever-changing grilled cheese truly embodies the spirit of the Café and has taken on many faces, quite literally.

Whether it’s closed-face or open-faced, on a bun or bread, packed with Muenster or cheddar, the ECGC has become an outlet for our chef’s inspirations. Always grilled and packed with the finest cheese, along with the freshest local and seasonal ingredients.
