Summer in the Bell’s Beer Garden: Answers to commonly asked questions about weather, what to bring and more

Summer in the Bell's Beer Garden.

One of the best ways to enjoy summer is a visit to the Bell’s Beer Garden. We host a variety of events throughout the summer. For the most up-to-date listings, visit our Events Calendar and make sure you subscribe to our newsletter.

Before you join us for a show, movie or other event, here are a few answers to the most commonly asked questions about summer events in the Beer Garden.

If you have other questions, you can always reach out to us directly. Cheers to warm summer nights in the Beer Garden!

Concerts

  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own lawn chairs into the garden due to capacity and safety restrictions (unless otherwise noted).
  • All concerts are 21+ (unless otherwise noted).

Movies

  • Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome.

All events (IN the beer garden and Back room)

  • Fans cannot bring in outside containers (empty water bottles are OK – they can be refilled inside) or other alcoholic beverages into the Beer Garden
  • For those who may need extra assistance, we are more than happy to provide designated seating. Just let us know ahead of time.
  • Tickets can be purchased at the door or General Store on the day of, if they are still available.
  • Cameras are allowed depending on the artist's wishes. If they are allowed, we ask that everyone be mindful and respectful of the artists performing and those nearby in the audience. Flash photography is not allowed in the Back Room.
  • Food may be available for purchase outside. If you would like to grab a bite or enjoy dinner before a show, we recommend arriving early and checking in with our host or grab a seat in the bar.
  • Only certified service animals are allowed inside the Café and Beer Garden.

Weather Safety

In the event of hazardous weather, we may need to move events inside the Back Room for safety. Those with weather refundable tickets will automatically receive a full ticket refund. Unfortunately, we cannot allow those ticket holders in to see the show once it has been moved since the venue is much smaller in size.

If a show is being moved indoors, keep an eye on our social media channels and the event page for the latest information.

  • Those with General Admission (GA) tickets will be allowed into the Back Room for the show.
  • Your ticket will indicate which ticket you have purchased. See the photo to the left, a GA Weather Protected is to the left and a GA Weather Refundable ticket to the right.
  • TicketWeb will say if the ticket is Weather Protected or Weather Refundable. If you are buying the ticket at the General Store, ask which one you are buying.

You are always welcome to contact us directly if you have questions on what type of ticket you have. You can email us directly or call 269-382-2332.
