Italian Chicken - Dry rubbed char grilled chicken with Chicago style giardiniera veggies and pesto mashed potatoes paired with Amber Ale

Grilled Beef - Grilled sweet bourbon glazed beef served with bourbon mushroom relish paired with Black Note
