Looking for a night out? Join us for an evening full of delicious eats and craft beers. Our Kalamazoo Beer Week Beer Dinner will feature 4 courses of food and beer pairings including, a flavor/beer discussion by our downtown Head Brewer, Zeke Bogan and the master mind behind this amazing meal, Sous Chef Dan Basse.


Amuse bouche. Brûlée grapefruit supremes with a ginger gastrique

7oz beer pairing: Red Nose E.S.B.

Course 1. Fennel goat cheese soup with crispy leeks

7oz beer pairing:  Hopslam

Course 2. Winter Caprese Salad: arugula, persimmon, roasted beets, mozzarella, pomegranate molasses

7oz beer pairing:  Larry’s Latest Sour Ale

Course 3. Pan seared scallops with mole meringue crisp, pickled blueberries, citrus hop hollandaise (vegetarian substitute will be available)

7oz beer pairing:  Tequila Barrel Aged Mango Habanero Oberon

Course 4. Cookies and Cream: earl grey cookies, mascarpone, Chantilly cream, fresh berries

7oz beer pairing: Brandy Barrel Aged Chocolate Orange Stout
