Product Description

Welcome the newest member of the ingredient kit family, Brew-In-A-Bag! Save space, time and your wits with this new, all-grain recipe kit. Requiring very little equipment and clean up you can ensure the greatest possibility of a successful brew.

Each kit makes 5 gallons of beer (approx. 53-12 oz glasses)

Don't forget your bag!! It wouldn't be a "brew-in-a-bag" without the nylon boiling bag!

Please note that this kit will require, at smallest, a 30 quart brew pot in order to complete one whole boil.

German Wheat:

A fifty/fifty split of Pale and Wheat Malts complemented by a touch of light Munich Malt. We've included traditional wheat yeast to produce the subtle esters and phenol flavor notes that are stylistic of Wheat beers. Minimal hop bitterness and alcohol make this a true thirst quencher and summertime favorite. Go ahead and put a slice of orange on your glass... we won't tell anyone.

  1. Not a fan of this wheat beer

Posted by GVDW on 12th Feb 2015

Ran the program and it turned out well, three weeks in the bottle and it comes out with a very good color and nice foamy head. But it has a strong phenol aftertaste that I don't enjoy, will not be making this one again. Love that American Pale Ale tho.
